• NOTES The concept of the arrow refers to the name of the new district as a direction/ the way to go as well as the barier tape common to be used when construction takes place. The symbol of the arrow guides the way where to go and as a warning signal attracts the audience's attention. The repetition of the arrow suggests movement, expressing the construction and creation of the new buildings to come. Instead of the common red and white motive, here the arrows are orange, just as the style of the campaign for this area.
