Information you provide to us
4.1 We collect and store the information you provide to us through forms you fill out on the Site - such as your name, address, email address, phone number - or when you communicate with us by telephone, e-mail or in another way. You can decide which information you want to provide to us via these forms, but some of this information may be required to provide you with certain services or goods (for example, the billing or delivery address if you order from us). If you choose not to provide such information, we will not be able to provide you with such services or goods.

How do we use your personal data?
7.1 We use your personal data to provide our services arising from contracts concluded between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and further services that you may request from us. This includes sending service / transaction messages, processing payments and / or executing orders.
7.2 We use your personal data to be able to communicate effectively with you when you attempt to contact us through the Site.
7.3 We only want to send you marketing-related communications (by email, post, telephone or SMS) that we think will be of interest to you and for which you have consented on the Site.
7.6 If you provide us with a third party email address to refer someone to us, we will only use that email address to forward the referral message. Then we delete it immediately. You must have the consent of the person whose data you provide to us.
7.7 We will retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and conditions, prevent fraud, collect fees due, resolve disputes, resolve problems, assist with investigations and take other actions such as permitted by law.

9.1 Payment details including credit card numbers are provided directly to our banking partner. We do not receive such information. To ensure that your information is not used without permission, your personal information may be provided to relevant third parties, including credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, who may record this information.
9.2 We may grant third parties that provide us with a service access to your personal data. For example: providers of e-commerce platforms, couriers (to deliver goods), website hosts and companies who assist us in conducting communication activities or monitoring our site.
9.3 If you have consented to our site, we may provide your personal data to our other group companies, i.e. our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006 or selected third parties so that they may send you emails (or other communications) with information about goods or services that may be of interest to you, including information about special offers or promotions. 9.4 Your activity on the Site: a) If you register for our community, your display name (which you can change to a name other than your real name if you wish), photo, profile / biography and artwork (including any artwork titles / descriptions) will always be visible and searchable by users of the Site. Your followers will be notified when you upload a new work of art. b) Depending on your privacy preferences, the following information about you may also be visible and searchable to other users: likes, recent activities, reviews, videos viewed, uploaded artworks, comments and links (i.e. users you follow and those who follow you). c) If you post a review or comment on the Site, your display name will be displayed and the user who is the subject of the review / comment will be notified. d) If you follow another user, that user will be notified if you have set your privacy settings accordingly. e) If you wish to deactivate your account, you can deactivate your profile in the “Your profile and privacy preferences” section of your account. f) If you want to permanently delete all activities / work and close your account, please send an email to email@example.com
9.5 We may disclose personal data insofar as this is reasonably necessary: a) If we have reason to believe that you are in breach of our terms and conditions, or that such steps are necessary to protect us or others, or if a criminal offense has been committed, or if we are required by law or at the request of a competent authority; or b) In the event of an actual or proposed sale or merger or business combination involving all or any relevant part of our activities. c) If we are required to disclose or share your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our protect customers or others. This includes the exchange of information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
9.6 We may store or transfer personal data outside the EEA for the purposes set out in this policy. If so, we will of course adhere to applicable laws regarding transfers of data outside the EU.
9.7 Unless otherwise expressly provided in this policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information that we collect from you.
