    9.1 Payment details including credit card numbers are provided directly to our banking partner. We do not receive such information.     9.4 Your activity on the Site: a) If you register for our community, your display name (which you can change to a name other than your real name if you wish), photo, profile / biography and artwork (including any artwork titles / descriptions) will always be visible and searchable by users of the Site. Your followers will be notified when you upload a new work of art. b) Depending on your privacy preferences, the following information about you may also be visible and searchable to other users: likes, recent activities, reviews, videos viewed, uploaded artworks, comments and links (i.e. users you follow and those who follow you). c) If you post a review or comment on the Site, your display name will be displayed and the user who is the subject of the review / comment will be notified. d) If you follow another user, that user will be notified if you have set your privacy settings accordingly. e) If you wish to deactivate your account, you can deactivate your profile in the “Your profile and privacy preferences” section of your account. f) If you want to permanently delete all activities / work and close your account, please send an email to mail@robertrost.nl

    9.5 We may disclose personal data insofar as this is reasonably necessary: a) If we have reason to believe that you are in breach of our terms and conditions, or that such steps are necessary to protect us or others, or if a criminal offense has been committed, or if we are required by law or at the request of a competent authority; or b) In the event of an actual or proposed sale or merger or business combination involving all or any relevant part of our activities. c) If we are required to disclose or share your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our protect customers or others. This includes the exchange of information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

    9.6 We may store or transfer personal data outside the EEA for the purposes set out in this policy. If so, we will of course adhere to applicable laws regarding transfers of data outside the EU.
